All registration categories include official certification. Where applicable, publication in the conference journal is also included. Participants will receive:

  • A participation certificate (based on the selected category).
  • An attendance certificate.
  • A separate certificate for each workshop attended or conducted in conjunction with the conference.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth review process, please note the following requirements:

  • Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format and carefully proofread for language accuracy and clarity.
  • Submissions must be original and aligned with established academic research standards.
  • The work must not have been previously published in any academic conference proceedings or peer-reviewed journal.
  • The abstract should be 150–250 words and must be submitted before the conference for evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
  • Formatting requirements: Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing 1.15 (for both Arabic and English).
  • Each abstract must start with the following details (in this order):
