Exam Simulator
This training program includes an international exam simulation component. The instructor trains participants using sample questions modeled on the international PMP exam. This may take place during the program or at the end of the training, according to the instructor’s plan.
The Exam Simulator helps participants assess their understanding of the training content, evaluate their readiness for the exam, identify areas of weakness, and work on improving them before taking the international certification exam.
Planning and Monitoring Course for Non-Planning Engineers
The first two lectures of the diploma will be offered as a free introductory course on planning and monitoring for non-planning engineers.
This practical course covers the main steps of planning and monitoring in construction projects using Primavera and Excel. It includes a practical example for creating a complete project schedule loaded with cost and resources.

Dr. Eng. Consultant Khaled Mohamed Ali Mohamed El-Khatib
Consultant and Professor of Construction Management, Department of Civil Engineering.
Dr. El-Khatib serves as a Project Management Consultant at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and as an International Arbitration Expert and Senior Expert at the Ministry of Justice. He is also a certified Environmental Consultant accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Environment.
He holds several prestigious international professional memberships and fellowships, including membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), SAVE International – The Value Society, and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE International), USA.
