Introduction: In the context of contemporary knowledge transformations, anthropological knowledge production reflects a renewed movement of redefining the relationships between humans, culture, and society. Anthropology, with its multiple and diverse branches, has transcended traditional boundaries to delve into new fields that blend environmental, economic, social, digital, and symbolic frameworks. This diversity in knowledge is not merely separate research areas but is part of an interconnected system that redefines human understanding of the surrounding world, leading to the production of knowledge infused with complexity and dynamism.
This program presents a series of in-depth academic seminars that explore intellectual questions about the emergence and evolution of human understanding in various fields. The main objective is to understand how anthropological knowledge is constructed and to identify the gaps that may exist in this process. The program addresses the theoretical and methodological challenges of knowledge production in anthropology, particularly in light of contemporary perceptions of social, cultural, and symbolic phenomena, using an approach that combines field methodologies and theoretical analyses. We will highlight the ways in which anthropological knowledge is constructed through interaction with contemporary social realities and the interpretation of cultural symbols.
