Brief Biography of the Speaker:
Professor Dr. Enas Mohamed Mohamed El-Abbasi is a Professor of Business Administration and Marketing in the Department of Business Administration at Kafrelsheikh University. She is an IBCT Certified Associate Trainer and has conducted various training programs both within and outside Kafrelsheikh University. Her research interests encompass a wide range of contemporary marketing and management topics, including digital content, the Internet of Things (IoT) and its implications for marketing, gamification, customer transformational value, marketing-focused artificial intelligence, blockchain applications in marketing, compulsive buying behavior, marketing strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises, commercial friendship, personal customer loyalty, agile customer response, childhood brand nostalgia, brand hatred and love, customer forgiveness, marketing of technical education in Egypt, price satisfaction and its relation to quality, consumer well-being and the consumption life cycle, and entrepreneurial marketing. She also has research interests in human resources and organizational behavior, and has served as a reviewer for numerous scholarly works. Professor El-Abbasi earned her Ph.D. in banking marketing from Tanta University, after which she progressed through the academic ranks to Associate Professor and subsequently to Full Professor of Marketing. She has authored several management-related books, most notably on banking marketing strategies, and has published a number of research papers in both Arabic and international journals. Furthermore, she has taught courses in marketing, international marketing, feasibility studies, and other related subjects. Over the course of her career, she has supervised numerous Master’s and Ph.D. theses for both Egyptian and international students.
