The Scientific Events Gate is pleased to announce the issuance of participation certificates for the international scientific workshop titled "Classification and Authorship in Arab Civilization: Between Creativity, Enjoyment, Success, and Dissemination", held on May 9, 2025, with the participation of 200 researchers and academics from various countries.

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Mohamed Shafie Muftah Bouchia, PhD in Islamic Jurisprudence from Al-Azhar University (Faculty of Sharia and Law – Cairo), and former Head of the Department of Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah International Islamic University (UniSHAMS), Malaysia.

The session explored the rich intellectual legacy of the Islamic civilization in the fields of classification and authorship, highlighting how Muslim scholars produced vast encyclopedic works across various sciences that benefited not only their contemporaries but also generations to come. These works laid the groundwork for many modern scientific and theoretical advances, and their influence continues to this day.

The workshop shed light on the originality and sophistication of Arab classification methodologies, the scientific enjoyment they offered to readers and researchers, and the exceptional achievements of scholars who—despite limited resources and challenging conditions—produced monumental contributions through sincerity, purpose, and optimal use of time.

This event offered an inspiring opportunity for participants to revisit the intellectual heritage of the Muslim world with a modern perspective, drawing lessons from the scholars' creativity, dedication, and academic success.
