On December 18, a scholarly symposium was convened in honor of the World Arabic Language Day, entitled "Towards a Vision and Strategy for Empowering the Arabic Language in International Organizations." The symposium was presented by Professor Dr. Bashir Mahmoudi, chaired by Professor Dr. Amr Khater, and moderated by Dr. Karim Al-Tayibi. More than 250 researchers and scholars from various fields and countries attended, reflecting the growing global interest in enhancing the status of the Arabic language internationally.
